Flaws and tolerances
Nature of print
All designs are hand printed and/or painted. There may be variations in print due to the artistic nature of hand printing. These may vary from colour variances, small mis-prints i.e bleeding and smudges in ink. If the customer finds these unacceptable then please get in contact and send a photo of the flaw so we can check.
Weave of fabric
All fabrics are 100% linen which can come with minor faults in weave such as loose threads and slubs. These are part of the nature of the linen therefore this is not accepted as a flaw unless likelihood of a hole or dirty marks in linen.
Hand drawn designs
At Sgrinhouse our fabric designs are hand drawn therefore artwork will include intrinsic irregularities of which Sgrinhouse celebrates. We do not see these as flaws.
Returns/Refunds
The following terms and conditions cover the situations where either
(a) the goods are faulty or damaged, or there is a shortfall, on delivery; or (b) you change your mind and wish to return non-faulty goods.
(a) The goods are faulty or damaged, or there is a shortfall, on delivery
Where goods are received by you faulty, damaged or there is a shortfall then we must be notified within 7 days of receipt in order for replacement goods to be sent free of charge. No claim will be accepted outside this time limit. Any re-delivery is subject to the safe return of any faulty or damaged goods or (as appropriate) the provision by you of such proof of a shortfall as we may reasonably require. Where we accept liability to provide replacement goods any postage charges incurred by you while returning goods are non refundable unless stated otherwise. All goods are returned to us at your risk.
Other than as set out above we accept no liability in relation to faulty or damaged goods, or any shortfall, on delivery. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question.

Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Sgrinhouse within 7 days of receipt and returned to Sgrinhouse within 14 days. Costs of return of faulty goods will not be covered by Sgrinhouse unless stated otherwise.

Receipt of non-faulty goods should be notified to Sgrinhouse within 7 days of receipt and returned to Sgrinhouse within 14 days. Costs of return of non-faulty goods will not be covered by Sgrinhouse unless stated otherwise.
Cushions; In the event that cushions purchased from Sgrinhouse are faulty, we will be happy to replace at no further charge. Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Sgrinhouse within 7 days of receipt and returned to Sgrinhouse within 14 days. Costs of return of faulty goods will not be covered by Sgrinhouse unless stated otherwise.
